Join with us in this exciting new workshop series starting January 12th, 2010.

Most classes, workshops, seminars on Lean Manufacturing or even Lean Enterprise deal primarily with the manufacturing, and a smaller portion on the customer loop and the supplier loop.

This seminar is different in that while it still deals with the manufacturing loop it has been designed with an equal emphasis on all the other 10-15 loops from Demand and Supply Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, R&D, Services, Logistics, IT, HR through Finance.

It is also for nonmanufacturing companies.

It is a Lean All The Enterprise approach.
